Recipe: Salad fix 'ns Ingredients:

Directions:Rinse, skin, chop and/or dice all veggies, including bell pepper and onion. Combine,all ingredients in a bowl and serve with favorite dressings. Or you can serve separately on a platter with your favorite dips |

Recipe: Green Beans Ingredients:

Directions:Prewash, de-string, string beans. Place beans and small pieces of bacon in top steamer pot of double boiler with water in bottom pot and cook until beans are slightly darker(about 5-7 minutes.) Empty bottom pot, pour beans in bottom pot stir in butter and Italian seasoning heat slightly to melt butter, mix and serve in your favorite serving dish. (mummm----------good) |

Recipe: Roasted Potatoes Ingredients:

Directions:Preheat oven to 350°Pre line cookie sheet with aluminum foil Skin or noskin on potatoes your preference, chop or dice Potatoes. Shake in a gallon size freezer bag with a little olive oil and your favorite flavoring, place on foiled pan, cover with a second sheet of foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes(time will vary depending on size of pieces so test with fork). Stir several times so as not to stick to pan or foil. (mum mm----------good) |

Directions:Wash and break bottoms off. Cook in double boiler until slightly darker color or about 5-7 minutes. Drain water. add butter to taste and lightly sprinkle with seasoning. (mum mm----------good) |

Recipe: Carrots Ingredients:

Directions:Wash, peel and slice carrots into 1" 1/2 lengths. Put into the top of a double pot. Steam carrots lightly for 7-10 minutes or until soft when tested with a fork. Pour water out and pour carrots into bottom pot. Add butter and brown sugar. (mum mm----------good) |
