Directions:Prepare all ingredients before in individual bowls. Preheat Wok or frying pan, fry chicken in oil, till almost cooked, add sprouts, red peppers, snow peas, and diced carrots. Add balance of ingredients and stir together. Serve. |

Recipe: Chinese Chicken SaladIngredients:

Directions:To make salad: break top romen noodles into pieces, toss with cabbage, green onions, almonds and chicken. To make dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and flavor packet from soup, mix well. Toss dressing and sesame seeds with salad. Add 1 to 2 tbs sesame oil and an additional 1 to 2 tbs rice vinegar to dressing for more flavor. |
