Recipe: Ham Sandwich


Ingredients:
  1. Sesame seed roll
  2. Lettuce
  3. Dill Pickles
  4. Radishes
  5. Slices of ham
  6. Slices of favorite Cheese
  7. Mayonnaise if desired
  8. Mustard if desired


Directions:


Put all ingredients nicely arranged on roll and garnish with radishes and your favorite chips.

Recipe: Pasta Ham


Ingredients:
  1. 1 Package of Pasta
  2. 1 Head of Broccoli
  3. 3 Carrots
  4. 1/3 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  5. 1/2 Cup of Diced Cooked Ham
  6. 1 Can of Cream of Celery Soup
  7. Water for Moisture


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°
11 3/4" X 7 1/2" Casserole Pan
Butter casserole, mix all ingredients in casserole, bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes until bubbly(can add small amount of water when warming up if need be).

Ham - Rice Casserole


Ingredients:
  1. 1 1/2 Cups Cooked Rice
  2. 1 1/2- 2 Cups Cooked Cubed Ham
  3. 1/4 Cup diced Celery
  4. 1/4 Cup diced Onion
  5. 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  6. 1/2 Jar(3oz) Stuffed Green Olives
  7. 1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  8. Season with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt
  9. 1/2 soup can of water


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°

Recipe: Stir Fry


Ingredients:
  1. 2 Chicken Breasts Skinned, Boned, and Diced
  2. 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  3. 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
  4. 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
  5. 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
  6. 1/4 Tsp Ginger
  7. Sprouts
  8. Red Peppers
  9. Snow Peas
  10. Diced carrots


Directions:


Prepare all ingredients before in individual bowls. Preheat Wok or frying pan, fry chicken in oil, till almost cooked, add sprouts, red peppers, snow peas, and diced carrots. Add balance of ingredients and stir together. Serve.

Recipe: Texas Hash


Ingredients:
  1. 1lb. Ground Beef
  2. 1/2 Green Pepper
  3. 1 Onion (Small)
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt (to Taste)
  5. 1 Tsp Pepper
  6. 2 Tbs Chili Powder
  7. 1 can Tomato Soup
  8. 1 Cup Minute Rice
  9. 1/3 Cup Shredded Cheese
  10. 1/2 Jar(3oz) Stuffed Green Olives

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°
Chop Green Pepper and Onion, fry first 5 ingredients together until meat is done. Combine with rest of ingredients in large casserole and stir all together. Place in 325° oven for 30-40 minutes. (mum mm----------good)

Recipe: Chinese Chicken Salad



Ingredients:
  1. 2 Packages of Top Romen Soup Mix, Chicken
  2. 1 Small Head Cabbage or Lettuce
  3. 4 Green Onions
  4. 1 cup Toasted Almonds
  5. 2 Cups Cooked, Cut up Chicken
  6. 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  7. 1 tbs Rice Vinegar
  8. 2 tbs Soy Sauce
  9. Flavor Packets from soup
  10. 2 tbs Toasted Sesame Seeds


Directions:


To make salad: break top romen noodles into pieces, toss with cabbage, green onions, almonds and chicken. To make dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and flavor packet from soup, mix well. Toss dressing and sesame seeds with salad. Add 1 to 2 tbs sesame oil and an additional 1 to 2 tbs rice vinegar to dressing for more flavor.
